Abstract
The purpose of this study is to obtain images of high diagnostic value by performing image evaluation and dose evaluation ccording to the defense of the scout and Scan tube voltage in low chest computed tomobraphy(CT), while at the same time reducing the exposure dose received by the patient. scout was divided into Dual and Anterior-Posterior(AP) modes according to the method, and the scout tube voltage was divided into 80, 100, 120, 135 kVp, and the Scan tube voltage was divided into 80, 100, 120, 135 kVp. The experiment was performed using a phantom containing a mass, and the dose length product, effective dose, S\ signal to noise ratio(SNR), contrast to nosie ratio(CNR) of the nodule were calculated using the measured results. In the correlation between the scan method, the SNR and the CNR, it was found that the image quality was better when the dual mode was used than the AP. And it was found. In order to improve the quality of images in low-dose CT scans, using scout Dual mode, 100 kVp and 80 kVp in Scan, it is thought that exposure reduction and diagnostic value can be obtained.
